Kluane Lake, AK Hwy to Million Dollar Falls, Haines Hwy

We woke up to an overcast sky, with clouds brushing the mountain tops.

The weather wasn't good enough for kayaking or hiking so we decided to move on.

At Haines Junction, we turned south on the Haines Highway. Some friends were at Haines, Alaska and we thought we might meet up with them somewhere along the way.

It was near lunchtime so we decided to pull into Dezadeash Lake campground.

We drove to the Haines Summit in the rain and dampness. Not too many pictures due to the weather. At the summit, we decided to turn around and head back to the Million Dollar Falls Yukon Gov't campground to overnight.
