Northern Lights in Yukon

28 September 2016

The northern lights were out tonight, but so were the wolves! They were howling nearby so I stayed close to home and kept my eyes open while photographing the northern lights. It was an experience to have howling in the background!

A short time later the lights were not as plentiful but more colourful! - 10:22 p.m.

Some of the colour went subtle and some was bright - 10:23pm

The next morning (Sept 29) the aurora was still lighting the sky!
