A brilliantly bright and warm day, perfect for a hike with the dogs!

Just after 9 p.m. it was time for the dogs' bedtime pee so out we went. There was a soft glow in the sky to the east. My wide angle lens captures a reddish hue that I usually don't see with my eye.
Aurora to the east
The northern lights faded away by about 9:35 p.m.
